Dry facial skin is often caused by a decrease in the natural production of lipids (or fats). With fewer lipids, skin is less effective as a protective barrier and feels sensitive, tight, rough and flaky. <sup>Eucerin</sup> Lipo-Balance with Biotin and Ceramide-3 is an intensely nourishing cream that leaves skin soothed, relaxed, smooth and supple. By replenishing the lipid deficit skin's ability to restore it's hydro-lipid protection barrier is increased resulting in a long-lasting protection against dehydration.

Apply in the morning and/or evening to face, neck and décolleté (chest) by gently massaging into skin.

Ceramide 3

Ceramides are important lipids in the hydrolipid film (which protects the external layers of skin). Produced naturally in healthy skin, they strengthen the skin barrier, helping to prevent moisture loss due to evaporation and keeping out irritants that can cause inflammation and itching. When skin’s Ceramide levels fall the skin barrier is impaired. Skin can start to lose water and become dry and irritated.

Eucerin uses synthetic Ceramides that are biologically-identical and that enhance skin’s natural barrier – locking in moisture and preventing dryness and irritation.

Biotin (Vitamin B7)
